In 2025, I was honored to be named both Woman of Distinction and Small Business Award Winner in Montrose. These recognitions reflect the love and trust of nearly 100 pet parents-and the heart I pour into every walk, visit and tail wag. Since I was young I’ve loved animals — both learning about and taking care of them. I moved from Minnesota to Colorado in 2021 and found that the Western Slope is my happy place!  I recently started Elite Dog Walking and now have the opportunity to share my love of animals with my clients and pet owners right here in Montrose, Colorado.

I pride myself on the high-standard of care and services that I offer. I have a number of clients who have become more like family, and customers who consider me to be an integral member of their family. I have three adult children, a Goldendoodle named Millie May and her baby Trinity and two cats Nelly and Benji.  I enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, DIY projects and cooking.  I am a member of WIM (Women in Montrose), B.I.G.  (Business Intentionally Grown), SHE Means Business, and Black Canyon Rotary Club.
